On Saturday, AM and I helped our friends Jan and Paul do a bit of cleaning in their new house. Of course, as I love exploring new homes this was just a lot of fun. It's beautiful...
...and there are many unique and lovely elements to it. However, I think my favourite "wow" moment was when I saw their master walk-in closet - it has a window! It's larger than some of the rooms in my house! (Sorry J & P, I just had to share! ;-))
I'm really looking forward to seeing their home full of furnishings and echoing with the laughter of their soon-to-arrive little girl!

I don't think I ever posted about this, but earlier this year Cassidy was obsessed with transport trucks ...she wanted to know exactly what was inside the containers and what the sleeping cab behind the driver looked like. When Auntie K googled some pics of those trucks for her, Cassidy was enthralled...
Anyway, imagine her delight when we passed this truck on the way to church yesterday! (Don't worry, Brya took this shot!)
Finally, as our kids waited for their parents to finish coffee and meetings after our church service yesterday, Bryanna read to Miss M. I love how they were both so into the moment.
Happy days, indeed.

I always laugh when I remember you organizing my walk-in closet when I first moved to Calif. Wish I still had that closet....
Love the picture of Bryanna and M - too cute! :)
Great post about the trucks - funny what kids are into, eh? Have to admit, I was enthralled by the pic of the inside of the cab. I loved motor homes when I was growing up - hehe!!
Great pic of the house! Have to admit, we love it! The closet IS big - just large enough for Paul's clothes - haha!! Thanks again for all of your help on Saturday. After seeing you clean and tidy up the kitchen on Saturday, I have no doubt you organized your sister's closet very efficiently! :)
Yeah...too bad I can't keep my own closet constantly organized. *sigh*
